The LHIN and the Service Provider acknowledge and agree that the calculation of Required Market Share and the total Estimated Volume Awards of all service providers in the Market Share Calculation Group shall exclude that portion of the LHIN’s volume attributable to Consolidated Services Patients. ![]() The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that it does not have any exclusive right whatsoever to provide the Services in the Service Area. The Service Provider acknowledges that the LHIN may enter into similar agreements with several service providers at the same time, for the same type of services in the same Service Area.
